Emergency lighting can be activated per client request while conducting this check
Patrol slips (Dated & Timed)
that are filed by the Patrol Supervisor, can either be left in a
designated location or mailed to an address provided. These slips give
the client a detailed description of events of the Patrol Check and
list any discrepancies that might be noted if immediate notification
isn't warranted.
Company signs stating "Patroled By City Trust Security" with our phone number can also be provided for the client upon request.
ALARM RESPONSE & DISPATCH
City Trust Security Company maintains a fully staffed Central
Station & Dispatch Center twenty four hours a day seven days a
week. This gives City Trust an upper hand in client relations, unlike
many of our competitors who have only an answering service that pages
an on call person, when calling City Trust you speak to a Manager capable
in handling all the client needs.
At the heart of our Central Station is a state-of-the-art, fully
automated, digital OH2000 Alarm Receiver. Whatever your alarm
monitoring needs, City Trust is equipped to handle them.
Along with these services, City Trust maintains a fleet of
vehicles dedicated to alarm responses. These vehicles respond for City Trust accounts along with other vendors and alarm companies, City Trust is one of the few companies that still have radio equipped 24
x 7 alarm response cruisers with trained personnel.
This service gives many managers, owners, and clients peace of mind
knowing they don't have to ask or send employees, friends, family
members into a potentially dangerous situation to check on an alarm
signal at night, early hours, weekends and holidays, With the alarm
response service, City Trust is on duty and will provide this service and
respond for you.

We at City Trust Security Company take pride in our Boston Field Services Unit. All officers receive a minimum of 160 hours training through the Massachusetts Reserve Police Federation. Currently we provide our services to several high crime areas within the Greater Boston area. All our special officers are licensed by the Boston Police Commissioner in accordance with rule 400. Rule 400 gives each officer police powers to make arrests, preserve order, and enforce the laws of the Commonwealth and ordinances of the city of Boston limited to the premises or locality specified in the license.
![]() City Trust provides Uniformed armed/unarmed officers. We also offer a blazer and tie option where uniformed officers may be inappropriate. All our armed/unarmed officers are professionally trained, competent personnel. All our officers must complete a background check. Our armed guards go through extensive firearms training. Supervisors have law enforcement backgrounds and are experienced in civil liability matters. Armed officers are certified through the Massachusetts Criminal Justice Training Council.
